Big old brass and wood hand bell vintage or antique 7-3/4" tall

Big old brass hand bell - school, church, dinner, etc. - with wood handle and brass finial fittings on top 7-3/4" tall overall X 4-1/2" length above bell section X 3-1/4" bell section X 4-1/2" bell opening width X 3-5/8" clapper drop X weighs 13-1/2 oz. Crisp loud ring. For sure vintage, maybe even an antique. Wood section has some light areas that look to have resulted from an old label - Seller tried stain to match but to no avail; Seller has not polished or otherwise buffed brass. Brass section has age-related discoloration and simple dings - all making the piece more appealing. Seller doesn't know who made it nor where nor when.
